Shipping
All product will be shipped to addresses that have been verified by Paypal in 3-5 business days. Please allow more time for International orders. Shipping cost may be subject to taxes and duty where applicable. Orders over $150 are shipped for FREE in the Continental U.S. (not applicable to bulk or co-op orders).
Returns and Exchanges
Pitom Matzati is committed to providing only the finest product. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a defect, you have 30 days from the date of your transaction to return the product for a refund minus a stocking fee. Exchanges will be done for a product of equal or lesser value. Proof of purchase will be required in order to return product.
